So I had shipped my car from Florida to Chicago, and when the driver downloaded my car, he ran it into another car which caused unsightly scratches. It was just awful. I made arrangements to bring my car to Carrectly and it was the best thing I could have done. First of all the customer service was great. There was forthrightness, which is very important when you're dealing with people and their money. They did not over-promise, but they were able to certainly deliver on what they were able to promise and that was a pristine buffed out bumper which made me feel so much better about what happened. It looked 100% better. I drove out of there in way better or mood than when I drove in. I will definitely go back to them for other services pertaining to my car.
