A decent amount of tar leaked onto my car. Thinking it would be much more a production, I waited much too long to call body shops to get quotes, etc. Based on the reviews, I gave Carrectly a call. After talking to Vladimir on the phone, I knew it was a way to go. With the pickup/drop off service, I cannot think of an easier way to get your car service. Service was fast and effective, and they texted me progress along the way. My invoice total even came in under the original quote. Honest, quality work. Will return to Carrectly for any services needed in the future.

I set up the appointment online and got a text about 30 min before they arrived to pick up the car. I paid for interior detailing (it was a mess) and thought I would do the exterior at another time. Sent me a message few hours later saying they could remove some tar and buff out scratches for a discounted price because they already had the car. I said to go ahead. Dropped the car off a few hours later and it is IMMACULATE. The inside is spotless and the outside almost looks brand new (the car is 8 years old). I will be using them again because of the fantastic work.

Excellent service, communication & results! I park under the EL where my car was ruined with tar. I've tried other detail car washes to remove the tar without success.
