I used Carrectly for the first time recently. I had a 'show room' detail. I admit I was nervous handing over my car to someone I didnt know and a business I had no done business with before. But, no need! This is a very professional business. My car looks brand new. Picked up, detailed, delivered all in one day. Great communication. I will happily use Carrectly again and recommend them.

We are a full service auto repair, mechanical, and car
detailing service center. We handle everything from routine
oil changes, brake service and wheel alignment to high-end
paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, leather repair
and major collision bodywork — plus Round Trip services, One
Way pick-ups and drop-offs, rental and loaner returns, and
custom requests.
Yes. If your car is not drivable, we can arrange a reliable
towing truck service to transport your vehicle safely to our
main car garage repair service center on West Grand Ave. Just
tell us where the car is located. Towing is quoted by distance
within Chicago, and if your policy includes roadside
assistance, your insurer will typically reimburse the cost.
Absolutely. We provide specialized Tesla car services, as
well as maintenance for premium European and US car brands
including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus and Ford.
Our concierges are fully vetted, insured, professional
drivers who pass background and driving record checks, and
are trained to ask the right questions at the shop or
dealership. Concierge pick-up and return is complimentary
with your confirmed service within our standard Chicago
service radius, typically 7-10 miles of our facility. Further
out we will still collect your car, with an additional
logistics fee based on distance.
That’s our top priority. All dealers, partner shops, and
washes have garage liability and business auto policies
while your car is serviced. While en route to and from
the service, in addition to your own auto policy, we
carry $1MM liability insurance so your car, you, and
others are protected. You can have complete peace of
mind from pickup to drop-off. Please note: Our concierge
will ask for your insurance policy card as it is
Illinois law to “always carry your insurance card in
your vehicle and show it upon request by any law
enforcement officer” (Illinois Secretary of State). More

(1) Select Round Trip service, One Way delivery, or a
Fixed Price package and tell us what needs to be done.
(2) Pick your preferred service center or let Carrectly
choose a trusted partner. (3) We come to you, take your
car for service, and keep you updated. (4) You only pay
after the service is completed and your car is returned
to you – wherever you are.
Transparency is our priority. We send real-time text and
email updates on the status of your car, including any
repair costs that need your approval before we proceed.
Payment is processed securely only after all car repair and
maintenance services are completed. You will get an email
receipt you can pay online, or our concierge can take cash
or any credit card at drop-off via a Square reader. You can
cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your
pick-up — there are no fees or penalties. If a driver has
already been dispatched, you only pay for their driving
time, rarely more than $30. To change a pick-up or return
time or location, just email info@carrectly.com or call us.
Oh no! Unexpected things happen – let us resolve them.
Any potential issues or claims with a dealer, service
provider, or Carrectly, must be submitted within a day
after any service is completed. We will investigate all
issues on your behalf and make things right
